Welcome to the MCFA Online Entry System. Please follow the process to enter all of your 2026 Livestock and Non-Livestock Show Fair Projects. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES AND INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY WILL BE VERY HELPFUL AS YOU MOVE THROUGH THE ONLINE ENTRY PROCESS!

EVERYONE will register as "NEW".
 
Please make sure you pay close attention to the Club you register under as your school may have multiple departments with entries into the Fair (not just FFA).
DO NOT purchase season passes for the exhibitor, they will receive an armband to gain access to the grounds. This is for parents, grandparents, friends and other family members that will be attending the fair the first weekend. Season Passes are good 4/10 – 4/12 ONLY. We DO NOT charge admission Monday – Thursday.
 
Parking is FREE!
 
NOTE: If you think changes will be required to your entry submission for any show or category, DO NOT check out at the end of the process with the pay now. Save and close so that you can return to your entry to make any changes you may anticipate prior to the Jan. 30 deadline. (If you are not 100% certain on recipes you want to enter - this statement applies to you!)  
 
REMINDER: Once you submit and pay your entries are considered finalized, and no changes will be accepted regardless.
 
PAY NOW means you will submit and pay for your entries right then with a credit card or a debit card.  Your entries are FINALIZED at this point and you cannot make any changes to them once you move past that point in the process.
  
If your entries and payment are not submitted by the deadline, you will not be entered into the show. SEE GENERAL LIVESTOCK & NON-LIVESTOCK SHOW RULES IN THE RULEBOOK FOR DETAILS PERTAINING TO LATE ENTRIES!
 
All recipes and log sheets are REQUIRED the day of the show, Except for Photography (Please read new rules) . You will not be permitted to enter the show without them.
